Mackenzie Moser
Director / Ballet
Mackenzie is the founder and director of The Dance Conservatory. Mackenzie trained pre-professionally at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under the direction of Marcia Dale Weary, Minnesota Dance Theater under the direction of Lise Houlton, and graduated from Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Professional Division in 2017. She danced with Los Angeles Ballet upon graduation until 2020. After retiring in 2020, Mackenzie graduated from Liberty University with her degree in Business Leadership, and had a successful management career with Abercrombie & Fitch. She has been teaching, coaching, and choreographing full time since 2021, and is passionate about creating a healthy dance environment for every student.

Robyn Moser
Director / Ballet and Contemporary
Robyn has been teaching ballet and contemporary for over thirty years around the country. She has participated in the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet Teacher’s Workshop, Finis Jhung, NYCDA, and Broadway Dance Center’s Teacher Training Workshops. Robyn has helped students achieve admission into Julliard, Marymount, Goucher, Point Park, Butler, University of the Arts, and North Carolina School of the Arts. She has had students go on to star on broadway, Off-Broadway, and Disney Parks Entertainment and Cruises. She has trained dancers that went on to dance professionally with Los Angeles Ballet, Sarasota Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Hubbard Street, Aspen of Santa Fe Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Ballet West, and Vitacca Ballet.

Carrington Moser
Executive Assistant / Ballet and Contemporary
Carrington Moser is originally from Pennsylvania and began dance training under the direction of Roxanne Bugay. From there she was accepted into and began her pre-professional training with CPYB, Orlando Molina Ballet Training Center and Ballet Conservatory of Atlanta. While training at Ballet Conservatory of Atlanta, under the direction of Robyn Moser and Sarah Haslock-Johnson, Carrington received several accolades at renowned competitions such as the ‘First Legacy Award’ at the Universal Ballet Competition Grand Prix Finals, honorable mention for Young Arts Association and she was a recipient of the Glenda Brown and the Fred Kelly scholarship through Dance Council of North Texas.
Carrington gained exposure and opportunity with the vast classical and contemporary repertoire at European Ballet School under the direction of Jean-Yves Esquerre and Olivier Wecxsteen. On stage, she was featured in Saint-Leon’s “La Vivandiere” and was the featured role in Macarena Gonzalez’s “Statera” premiere.
Carrington began her professional career with Vitacca Ballet, a contemporary ballet company with a focus on creative works. She worked with known choreographers Garrett Smith, Hélène Simoneau, Robyn Mineko Williams, and was featured in works by Sean Aaron Carmon, Tina Kay Bohnstedt, and Alana Jones.

Colin Moser
Ballet
Colin started dancing at the age of three, under the direction of Roxanne Bugay. He continued his pre-professional training at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Academy of Dance Arts, Minnesota Dance Theater, Roswell Dance Theater, and Orlando Molina Ballet Training Center. In 2019, Colin moved to Charlotte, NC to further his dance education with Charlotte Ballet as a trainee. In 2020, Colin joined Sarasota Ballet’s Second Company. Colin has been teaching and coaching since 2022.

Caitlin Gray
Jazz
Born in NYC, Caitlin’s diverse background which includes dance, gymnastics, and circus arts, has made her a much sought-after teacher and choreographer. She believes that teaching is an integral part of giving back to the dance community and has taught all over the U.S. and abroad.
Caitlin has most notable worked with director Baz Luhrmann on both the world and Sydney premiere of his film, The Great Gatsby. She has also choreographed for the CBS TV show, Reckless, and has worked extensively with Sony Music. Additional credits include Miss USA, Speedo International, Liberty Bowl Halftime Show, and several music tours.

Jesse Mills
Acrobatic
Jesse is an Atlanta native who got his start in the world of instruction through cheerleading. Growing up, Jesse competed in high school and went on to win a national title with his collegiate team. As he began working as a cheer instructor and choreographer, he developed a love for teaching tumbling. Later in his career, Jesse turned his sights towards gymnastics where he dove deeper into body shaping and skill drills. Over many years, Jesse has perfected his tumbling techniques by merging the two worlds. Expanding on his extensive knowledge of cheer, gymnastics, and tumbling, Jesse is also a yoga instructor. He received his 200 hour yoga teaching certification in 2019, and he is a proud member of The National Yoga Alliance.

Tyler Hill
Tap and HipHop
Tyler began dancing at the age of three under the direction of Roxanne Bugay at Dance Expressions. Tyler has performed at the 76's halftime show, Reading Parade, and in multiple productions held at the Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading, PA. Tyler moved to Georgia in 2023 and began teaching at TDC during their first season.
